About the UPE
The original idea was thought up by a guy who goes by hentaifreak. Another guy who goes by DjinniGuy thought that this idea was good, and wanted to make the dream a reality. Both hentaifreak and DjinniGuy then created this website and obtained members. Thats about it. ^^;
